Delusions of Grandeur

That expression
Isn’t it redundant?

Isn’t all grandeur
A delusion?

And aren’t all delusions
Attempts at grandeur?

Yet the double negative
Yields a positive

And in that way,
The delusion of grandeur
Is so much an illusion
That it has bounced itself
Into reality.

Here it is
Here am I
Grand
Deluded
And existing.
